Native Californian and enthusiastic New York City transplant, Daniel, AKA Cho, is the founder / commissioner of BHF. Cho is a Toki highball aficionado and pop culture trivia champion. His love for basketball started when he went to Lakers games on the regular with his family during the Shaq + Kobe era.
Fun fact about Cho - he is a NYC Koreatown legend and has a drink named after him.
Yiming “SausBaus” Zhang
Manager | 5th Season
As the sole representative of The North, Yiming is a basketball junkie and a die-hard Raptors fan. As a risk management specialist, his proficiency with numbers and data modeling is what sets him apart from other managers. There are high expectations for Yiming as the top seed heading into season 4.
Fun fact about Yiming - he has an unhealthy obsession over DeMarcus “Boogie” Cousins…
Jerry Chen
Manager | 5th Season
Jerry is a dedicated disciple of the Cult of Kobe Bryant. Despite his lifelong love for the purple and gold, he recently renounced his membership in the Lakers fandom due to the management’s decision to mortgage the team’s long term future in order to appease Lebron James and Klutch Sports.
Fun fact about Jerry - He was a big-time sneakerhead and his all-time holy grail is the Air Jordan 1 “MTM”.
Glenn “LeBrune” Chen
Manager | 5th Season
Glenn got his nickname “LeBrune” by dominating games of sorts, ranging from sports to video and board games. He was a child chess prodigy and is still a competitive gamer on his off days. Despite his success in other fantasy leagues, Glenn is still on the hunt for his first trophy in BHF.
Fun fact about Glenn - he is an avid collector of board games with over 200 games in his library.
Stephen Wu
Manager | 4th Season
An international man of mystery, Stephen has lived in three different countries over the past 3 years. He has the physique of The Hulk but the mannerisms of Bruce Banner. The gentle giant was a complete fantasy noobie when he entered the league three years ago, but has improved his standing every year.
John Solis
Manager | 3rd Season
John is from San Diego, CA and grew up without any sort of specific basketball fandom. Accordingly, he is a fickle, wishy-washy supporter of the Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers, and any team with LeBron James on it.
Fun fact about John - His first riot participation came after Christian Watford drained a buzzer-beater three to give his Indiana Hoosiers the win over Kentucky in 2011.
Stephen “Stevo” Hu
Manager | 3rd Season
A man of science and an engineer-extraordinaire, Stevo made his fantasy debut in Season 3. He is a proud New England native and a Celtics fan. In addition to loving basketball, he’s also a big tennis fan and an annual attendee of the US Open.
Fun fact about Stevo - Stevo recently had a close encounter with an extraterrestrial…when he high-fived Giannis after the C’s game 5 loss.
Istvan “Hungarian Hammer” Zollei
Manager | 3rd Season
Hailing from the country with the second most Olympic gold medals per capita, Istvan was himself an accomplished water polo player. Despite being an avid Boston sports fan, he took his talents to New York, where he runs point managing an investment fund.
Fun fact about Istvan - While Istvan was playing pick up basketball in NYC, a skinny 14-year-old broke his ankles and told everyone to “bring him a body bag.”
Lu “Darth Lu” Chen
Manager | 3rd Season
The man with the highest Midichlorian count in BHF and Rookie of the Year in Season 3, Darth Lu dominated the first half of his rookie season. He ended his rookie campaign with an impressive .500+ record even with Kyrie Irving logging DNPs all year due to his lifestyle choices.
Fun fact about Lu - Lu achieved his rookie year success by building his own statistical model that evaluated / projected all 400+ players in the NBA.
Hector Roman
Manager | 2nd Season
Native to the Big Apple and one of New York’s Finest, Hector is a real life hero that keeps the greatest city in the world safe. During his off hours, Hector is a huge sports fan and a decorated fantasy football veteran. After a long hiatus in fantasy basketball, it is yet to be seen whether the football champ will be able to replicate his dominance in a different sport.
Jason Hsin
Manager | 1st Season
Growing up a Knicks fan, Jason is familiar with pain. He grew up going to Knicks games, including the Nuggets-Knicks brawl at MSG. He likes scotches/whiskeys but he still can’t tell the difference between the two. Jason is loyal to his wife, friends, FanDuel and Nike. Yes, checks over stripes. No, he doesn’t get paid by Nike. He is a seasoned fantasy player with 3 basketball snake draft wins and 1 football auction draft win.
Fun Facts: Jason fell 5 stories out of a window when he was 5 years old. No one is sure if that broke him or fixed him for the better.
Tae “T$” Moon
Manager | 2nd Season
The newest member and the secret boss for Season 4, Tae, AKA T$, is an avid sports fan who follows many sports including basketball, football, and soccer. He is a native New Yorker who believes in the “Money Ball” approach and is fascinated with the psychological aspect of competitive sports.
Fun fact about Tae - T$ was a witness to the 6ix’s epic Finals run in 2019 when the Kahwi-led Raptors defeated the heavily favored Warriors.
